Trash collection takes place every Monday and Thursday morning at approximately 5:00 AM. Securely bagged trash may be placed in front of units only after 6:00 PM on evenings before collection.
Brentwood Villa Trash Collection Rules:
- Securely bagged trash may only be placed outside after 6:00 PM on evenings before collection.
- All trash must be placed in securely tied bags. Loose trash will not be removed. Heavy-duty black trash bags are highly recommended.
- All trash cans must be hidden from immediate view except when out for collection. Lids must remain on cans at all times. All trash inside of cans must be securely bagged.
- No appliances, large boxes, or construction materials may be placed out for removal. These items will not be removed during trash collections.
The fine for violating trash collection rules is $50 for the first offense and $100 for subsequent offenses.
HOLIDAY SCHEDULE:
New Year’s: Running normal Monday and Thursday schedule
Memorial Day: Running normal Monday and Thursday schedule
July 4th: Running normal Monday and Thursday schedule
Labor Day: Running Tuesday (day after Labor Day) and Thursday
Thanksgiving: Running Monday and Friday (day after Thanksgiving)
Christmas: Running normal Monday and Thursday schedule
