Obviously, fining is that last thing that any HOA or Management Company wants to happen. However, if violations occur regarding the trash and/or pet polices, the following fine schedule will be implemented.
- Failure to properly dispose of pet waste: Fine of $200 for each offense
- Failure to keep dog on leash: Fine of $50 for (1st) offense, (2nd) $100 and each violation thereafter
- Trash collection violations: Fine of $50 for (1st) offense, (2nd) $100 and each violation thereafter
